What does a boudoir session really feel like?

Boudoir is not for just one kind of woman. It is for anyone who wants an experience designed around her.

Many of my clients tell me they feel nervous before their session. Afterwards, they most often talk about how easy and freeing it felt once they got started.

I am Sirle, your photographer and guide. Before the session, we talk through your wishes, style and the images you would like to create. During the shoot, I guide your posture, hands, gaze and movement.

You do not have to work out what to do next. And you never have to reveal more than you want to.

Space for your boudoir experience

A well-equipped professional studio is the starting point for your session. Studio lighting, varied backgrounds, outfits, fabrics and props offer possibilities from soft portraits to a bold editorial mood.

Alongside the professional studio, home interiors are available if you would like a more relaxed, domestic setting. We choose the right spaces together based on your wishes.

The studio is in a peaceful forest setting in Kirkkonummi, welcoming clients from the Helsinki metropolitan area and western Uusimaa. The drive from Helsinki takes around 40 minutes, depending on your starting point and traffic. You receive detailed directions before your session.

Your boudoir questions

Do I need to know how to pose?

No. You receive guidance throughout the session. I explain how to position yourself, where to look and what to do with your hands. Small adjustments make a big difference in the photographs.

What should I wear for a boudoir session?

You can bring lingerie, a bodysuit, an oversized shirt, knitwear, heels or anything you feel good in. You do not have to wear lingerie. The studio also has a selection of outfits, fabrics and props.

Can I come even if I feel nervous?

Yes. Feeling nervous is very common. We start gently and move at your pace.

Where does the session take place?

Sessions take place in a well-equipped professional studio in a peaceful forest setting in Kirkkonummi. We welcome clients from the Helsinki metropolitan area and western Uusimaa. The drive from Helsinki takes around 40 minutes, depending on your starting point and traffic. You receive detailed directions before your session. Home interiors are an additional option to suit the mood of your photographs.

Will my photographs be published?

Not without your permission. Boudoir photographs are not used in a portfolio or marketing without your separate consent.

Can a session be a wedding gift?

Yes. A boudoir session and the finished photographs make a personal wedding gift. Book well ahead of the wedding to allow time for the session and finished images.

How much does a boudoir session cost?

Boudoir sessions start at €349 and include three finished photographs and a short reel film.
